Ahoj Chris,

I love this small Ishak. This one is really prepared for take off, but with his flying characteristic I would only in silent sitting inside in the cockpit.

Very nice! Congrats Chris!
It looks from the photos assembling this kit was rather smooth ride for you - proof of your skills!

The only thing I don't like is a tad too dark color used for retouching upper surfaces.

Thanks for your comments, everyone. Fraa, I didn't like the color, either. I kept lightening it throughout the build, with the result that earlier sequences, like the dorsal ridge, have noticeable touch-ups while on other parts the paint is less obvious. I tried re-touching some of the earlier parts, but the resulting paint build-up looked as bad as the mismatched color. I still have some ways to go before I am a seam master!

Cheers!

Excellent job.

Love the VVS birds esp the I-16. I used this paper model to convert to RC Depron foam flying planes. I made one VVS and one Spanish Civil War Republican Rata.
