Ok.

Converted to US equivalent, I'm getting about 55Lbs. Can anyone tell me if I'm even close?

Thanks,
SFX

Yes, that is close. You could use 65lb cover which is available in most office supply stores in the USA.

I've found (once in a decade or so) premium copy paper at 90 grams per square meter. All the other copy paper (from cheap no-name to premium ultra white) is 80 gsm.

Beautiful Gull Jan. I think the FG Herring SEA GULL GLIDER is one of a few bird models I have seem that the craftsmanship was outstanding. This is the case here with yours Jan. Very nice. Thank you for building abd sharing. Now that I see what a model it is, I'm glad I added it to my collection. Maybe one day. One glider at a time. wc

Finaly Pictures

Dear List Folks:
Got the camera pictures onto a disk and into the computer. This is a field trip to Cambra Airfield 10 miles from my home it is a gliderport low key. It is just across the road from a winery of corse the airfield came first. the first piccture is of the sign. note the age of 1935. then the walk down the lane with the tiedowns at the end is the runway also grass at right angles to the lane. note the tie down points and things to hold control surfaceses together. I thought these pictures would help with some diaromas of sailplanes.
Enjoy,
MILES

Miles if you could give the lat. and long. I would be interested in seeing if it's in MSFS-X.
Johnnyflys2 gave a field in German to add and it's one of the best place to sail from. This farm sould like a great place. wc

Dear WadCutter:
John knows about the airfield He said there are trees at the end of the runway that are not fun. the side of the runway is now in grapevines. I am alittle tech chalanged about getting Lat and Long. If John does not give you the info I can try to play with a mapping program when I get the next day off from work.
