Thank you, Wyvern. The credit should also go to the designer, Aaron, for designing this
plane. Forgot to mention that I have actually changed the colour of the windscreen to light blue as shown. Papermate |

I'm planning to go civil and be more civilized. So, here a preview of the next.

No.12, OBP Omnipol L-40 Meta Sokol, originally 1/32, is one of the civilian light aircraft that
I plan to build. It's a simple and easy build and please enjoy the views. Papermate |

No.13 Cessna 177 Cardinal, originally 1/26
No.13, Murph's Models, Cessna 177 Cardinal, originally 1/39 as claimed but it
turns out to be 1/26 actually. The last builder of this plane claimed that the model as is measuered 16.5 inches for the wing span. The actual wing span measures 426 inches, thus meaning 1/26 rounded up. I have now reduced the Cessna 177 Cardinal to 1/72 in line with this series and with a new recolour scheme of light blue and yellow. I should have used darker colour for the windscreens to make the window frames stand out more. Wire were used for the landing gears, just in case you are curious. As this is obviously a tail-sitter, I have placed a fishing lead bead inside the nose section. The weight is just good enough for the plane to stand on three or tail tilted to look like a take-off position. Last picture shows a glimpse of the next light craft, also a repaint! The Omnipol L-40 with a shorter wing span of abt 406 inches (actual) is there for comparison of scale. Perhaps Aaron may wish to amend his scale conversion table and offer a simple recolour just like mine on his webstore. You know, many of his light aircraft are white basically. So, another "What If" doesn't hurt. Papermate |

That's a very nice collection of civilian planes. That cardinal is very pretty!

Aaron, the scale still says 1/39, it should be 1/26.
