Interesting engine cowl

I was in Cracow in 2009 at the aviation museum and saw this Junak. I was struck by the cowling that fits over each cylinder. Also the interesting nose gear.

During operation, the cylinder cover were removed. They were not needed.
The front landing gear pilots called "golf stick".
