There's some nice builds there from SJS and Pablito.

I see you've utilised the Big Paperclips as stands too SJS. Simple ain't it.
Eventually you'll give up putting the ruler in the pics and posing them in the clouds. We in the Bruno Fan Club KNOW how small the parts are, but there are hundreds of onlookers that will still find it hard to believe.

(Anyone noticed the thread's View count lately? )

Not into airliners much myself, but here's the latest build in my 'Cold War' collection ...

I'm now chomping at the bit for the Argosy, but the Guv'nor seems to be on a break for a bit. I almost wish he hadn't given the pre-view of it now.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

PS: I really must run off a new 'Cloud Stage'. This one's getting worn out now.

Just for fun ... here's my whole gang ...

Beware ... Once you start in 1:300 scale, it gets infectious. You'll make anything! ...

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

How tempting it is to follow you, Johnny, to build 1:300! But most of my stuffs are in 1:200
I'd better just watch for now and remain envious of your work.

And my contribution of a 3/4 finished model of the 1:300 ATR 72 ANZ.
I plan to add landing gears before installing the props, or, maybe I should do it afterwards!

Hello Scissorsandplanes

I've been lurking your thread for a while now, and i truly admire your airplane designs! i thought i'd give a (literally) little contribution to your plane collections: 1/500 GIA's DC-10-30

Here's the picture of alpha build:

also build this to test the practicality of building extended flaps and landing gear on small scale aircraft. Here's the file (some marking error on alpha fixed, LG and flaps and weathering not included though):

P.S. any chance of DC-9?

Wow, that came out fantastic! Wonderful job building that Raja. Is it really 1/500 scale?
Do you have any tips on how you did the flaps?

@JohnM - Yeah, the stands are actually from pieces of floral arranging wire I bent to shape, but same idea. I haven't gotten around to constructing a nice cloudscape photo booth yet . The ruler is kinda there for me too (bragging rights ya know).

You could just set it on Airdave's giant penny and really freak people out

With respect, I would say that the engine appears to be a bit too large and seems to be
dropping on to the ground. Please see pic and perhaps Bruno may look into this or comment.
