Now that we are in some project lists, I have one of my own.
However I'm not decided on where to start. Some planes would be new and other would be redesigns of (much) older models or even 1/100 variants of earlier 1/300 planes.
What would be your choice?
  • Convair Sea Dart (new)
  • Douglass Skywarrior (upscale)
  • Douglass Skyray (redesign)
  • Douglass Skynight (redesign)
  • Douglass Skylancer (new)
  • Grumman Tracker (upscale)
  • Grumman Trader (upscale)
  • Grumman Intruder (redesign) and prowler (new)
  • Grumman Cougar (redesign)
  • Grumman Panther (redesign)
  • Lockheed Seastar (new)
  • McDonnell Banshee F2H-2 (new)
  • McDonnell Demon (redesign)
  • North American Savage (new)
  • North American Buckeye (new)
  • Vought Cutlass (upscale)
  • Vought Crusader (new)
  • Vought Corsair II (redesign)

I already know some desires . I'm not convinced yet .

I think Marbucu is using parts from Chaiwatkom's F-16 for those.

If you do the Crusader, please don't limit the variants to the F-8E and F-8J. The F-8A, F-8C/D and RF-8A/G need love too! All versions actually. Including the XF8U-3. But that one is basically a new plane.

(What? You think I have a shelved Crusader project? Yes I do.)

Great plans! And if you'd think about some WW2 stuff, I've got some little suggestion of planes that are very interesting and no-one make their models yet..... ;-)
- Firey Firefly Mk.I
- Letov Š-328
- Rogoźarski Ikarus IK-3
- Bloch MB-210 Verdun
- Liore LeO-451 ......

Well...including the Sea Dart, and the Intruder / Prowler, I guess I would vote for:
  • North American Buckeye (new)
  • Vought Cutlass (upscale)
  • Vought Crusader (new)
  • Vought Corsair II (redesign)
Your call Bruno..

I'm in favor of anything multi engined ( read larger). Arthritis is no fun at all.

Than again Skywarrior and Sunday sound really tempting.

I believe a number of us could join in the chorus there but an opportunity to see this level of talent at a larger scale is intriguing.
