Thanks, guys.
its ugliness "frightened" me to design it.
It is usually the opposite that makes it tough. When a design does not match a beautiful (and well know) plane everybody notices it. With this model I was "afraid" it would come out "too pretty".

It may be ugly as an entire aircraft but from straight on close up it looks rather tough.

Mean indeed.

This picture reminds me of a tale from Perrault, but the title eludes me...

By my eye Fairey Gannet is as beautiful as TBF Avenger.Same concept, same duties, different generations. No wonder they look so similar, sort of like all pick-up trucks look the same from the distance.

Bruno,no matter how hard I look at pictures I hardly see any difference between Pa-28 and Arrow 200 other than windows and folding gear.Engine covers look identical.Do you have any drawings/pictures showing that difference?I must be missing something.

Gannet. A non-pretty name for a non-pretty aircraft. But for it's intended role it was a fine aeroplane. The RAN used these and as far as I'm aware were pretty happy with 'em.

Bruno, you’ve certainly done the FAA proud in recent weeks!

I had this one. It shows another engine cowling for the Arrow II only. Perhaps that is my mistake.

Cowling and wings are different IIRC

Also, according to Wikipedia (?) and confirmed by the plans Bruno posted, the Arrow II is longer.
