Yes. Like several Blackburn designs, he didn't find much to be complimentary about it.

John Dell and Scott Killenbeck were the designers for the 1/48 Boeing 307. I have the kit in the PanAm livery.

Hi Juan, Siwi, Ofanim,

Good grief!! I’m so embarrassed!!! What a fool. And I shoulda known better. Never mind, I printed another and just try again this evening!

Thank you both for telling me!

I’m wondering why are there alternate wings?
And should the 2 red spars be used in only the original wings or also with the alternative wings?

Thanks,
Alan
Gents,

I'm assuming the 2 parts in the red circle are the engine pylons but I'm not clear exactly how to mount to wing. Can anyone describe what's required before I frustrate myself?!

Thanks,
Alan

Thanks all. I have built and still have a squashed 1:300 model of the Boeing 377 model that look like a S&P design. If someone could point me to the most recent master list of the 1/300 designs, I will be happy to sniff it out myself. Cheers,

I don't mean to hijack Bruno's thread, but the Boeing 377 in American Overseas markings that you're looking for might be mine.

Save you looking Rob. These I downloaded from this thread. Three 1/300s from various repainters and a B&W supplied by Bruno himself. I also have the 1/300 B-29s, B-50 and C-97s (plus others) that were put up here over time as well. Let me know.

You guys are wonderful! Many thanks Rata, Texman, and of course, Bruno. I also highly recommend the larger scale versions that Murph designed (1/76). Murph, I built your Pan Am Stratoliner in 2019; it hangs from our playroom ceiling now, near John Dell's B-307.

nice stroll through memory lane with these old 1/300 scale models.
(and no worries for "hyjacking" this thread with the boeing 377)
Here is my production over the last week.
