That's what I have been waiting for. The iconic British bomber of the early part of the war.

You know, I'm almost stupid enough to emboss all of the geodesic diamond frames on to the skin of this aircraft...

When I saw it, I thought of doing the same thing. It begs for it.

Perhaps someone would also create the version of the Wellington where a guy (Sgt James Allan Ward) crawled on the wing to extinguish an engine fire (good for a Victoria Cross)

While we're discussing the Wimpy, I might add that a few days ago I came across this memorial by a fietspad in the polders a kilometer or so north of Amsterdam. The aircraft crashed in 1941 after the crew went off course after a raid on Genoa. They bailed out thinking they were over England but landed in the North Sea and died of exposure. Three were never found. My Dutch isn't great, but I believe the plaque reads 'To the memory of the crew of Vickers Wellington T2879, 99 Squadron'

Found the time to finally make the engines of my Mosquito point sufficiently upwards.
I will correct my older models accordingly and create other variants (one day )

Always good to see the venerable Mozzie getting the attention it deserves.

Odd. I built a couple of your Mosquitoes and I never had problem with engine. Then again I rearranged the way wings are assembled. I'm not sure if I sent you my copy. I think I did.
