As Yoav said, nice pictures.
You can barely see the wire that holds the model.

Oops, Sorry Aeronautical,
I missed that post. There is an F-15 - uncolored though - in post 947 of this thread.

It's not the Iberia Connie, but I'm sure you'll like it.

I needed a thinner wire than a paperclip to mount the Mustang, so I stripped the wire out of one of those twisty things that they use to mount toys and things onto card backing. It's so fine that it often doesn't need editing out. It's surprisingly strong, infinitely pose-able, and easily re-straightened. As you've seen, just one strand stuck up the rear orifice is strong enough to support the Concorde.

Not quite strong enough to carry the Galaxy though (Photo in a bit), so I had to go back to the jumbo paper-clip for that.

Back in a bit when I've uploaded the Galaxy pics.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Big Mac .... "D'you want fries with that sir?"

Ok,it's big, and it's got MAC written on it's tail ...

I suppose it would be more amusing if it was a McDonald Douglas not a Lockheed.

It's so big I had to find a bigger background.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

PS: Memphis Belle is on the table.

Printer now successfully linked to Laptop ... Enola Gay joins Memphis Belle on the table.

Now all I've gotta do is strip my archive HDD out of the dud PC, pop it into a USB caddy, plug it into laptop, and hope it's all still there.

I really must get around to setting up the NAS (that's been sitting on top of the PC for months ) and move it all onto there. Trouble is that there's sooooo many models to make, upgrading and repairing computers doesn't hit the top of my interest tree, but with the imminent demise of XP and now a popped PSU, I guess I'm gonna have to start sorting them out.

Still snippin' ... Johnny.
