Lu-Lu-Lufthansa!? I LOVE Lufthansa!

I am planning on rescaling the Lufthansa Airbus A319-100, A320-200, A321-200, A340-600 and A380-800 to 1:100 sometime soon.

And here are the other Swing wing mirages.
I did the test build of the twin engined double seater, G8-01.
The pictures also show it next to the G single engined plane. Although they look very much the same, there are quite some differences.

Hope you like it.
Bruno

Sorry I've been a bit quiet ... Unexpected death in the family, and I've got a house full of rug-rats, at least until the funeral next week.

I couldn't resist the Global Hawk and the Dark Star though and the kids love 'em too. I can't show you as I can't persuade my camera to talk to this *#*# new W7 computer. I'll keep trying, but I may have to connect up the XP laptop again, just to import the pics.

A12 Avenger II on top of pile, but I don't know when I'll get to it.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

could have been great planes

Dear Bruno:
Along with the Avro Canada Arrow, you have completed some of the most amassing "could have been great" planes. It is very difficult not to compare the Mirage G and the Mig 23 and wonder!!!
Thank you again!
Pablo.

New W7 'puter still won't talk to me camera, so I've fired up the old XP laptop to bring in some pics. ...

Global Hawk

Dark Star

A-12 Avenger II

And the Sweet Robo ...

Why the Robo? Everyone should make one of these, 'cos the method of articulating it's limbs is ingeniously simple and effective. You need to make one of these to learn how it's done ... Could be very useful for swing-wings, gun turrets, etc.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

PS: Err? Now I've gotta remember where I found it so's I can tell y'all. It was in another thread on PM somewhere. Any offers?

Hi Pablo,

Here is another plane that could have been a very interesting plane. It also resembles another Russian plane even if it was made before that one: the VFW-Fokker VAK 191B was a successful German attempt for a VTOL aircraft.

Hope you like it.
Anyone tempted to make it detailed with engine nozzles open?

Hi Johnny,

nice model builds and robot.
