I must admit I am amazed.
Not so much by the quality of the models nor the building speed.
But by the fact that in little less than a year your thread went from 1 view to the most viewed thread in this section.

Thanks, Tordek.

That is also due to all people participating in the thread with builds, recolors and even some own designs.

Put it simply, Bruno, you inspire.
That's the beauty of this papermodelling community in which everyone puts in something
to contribute.

Thank you.

Here is the CH-46 in modern US Navy markings and 2 scales: the original 1:300 and a version scaled up by 150% that should be in 1:200. I hope I didn't make any mistake in the camo.

eta: note to self, adding BuNos isn't worth it in 1:200 and even less in 1:300.

Hope this gives some inspiration. I admit, it's not a Navy helicopter.
It's the Sikorsky CH-54 Tarhe or Flying Crane.
Not so easy to design (not many good 3-views so not many details) and due to the complicated engine and rotor structure had to make some simplifications.
Also added a few sketches and pictures of some parts.

Hope you like it

Bruno

Wow, that's a complicated bird the engines are very detailed for the scale.
You did a great work as well, but I think I will build some of your others helicopter before trying this one .

I finished the S7 TU-154M, no problem spotted
the flash don't help me alot, we can easily see the glue and the defects

I made 4 of your little fighters but I want to add some extra weapons or wheels before taking some pics.

Regards,
Ronan
