Hi Elliot,
I have a display cupboard where I should put them in, but it is already so full, that I need to find another solution.

QUOTE=wireandpaper;448093]Dear Bruno:
I and, I am sure, other papermodelers will be willing to pay for more 1/300 scale (tactical transport) planes, ekranoplans, and blimps (SS and NS Classes).

Hi Pablo,
wouldn't that be a bit too greedy to ask money for these little models?

I was most intrigued at your 'method' as described briefly at the very beginning (using a spreadsheet and Word Draw... proving once again it isn't just the tool, it is the hand guiding it!) Somehow you are able to produce these at incredible rates, so obviously you have the process mastered.

I have been using OpenOffice for quite a while and like the fact it produces vector graphics. A bit touchy however in use. But I understand it. I envision that you are drawing your models 'flat', using the spreadsheet tool somehow to support the process (in short, advanced drafting techniques...) If you have described your method in detail earlier, please tell me and I will go digging!

As always, thank you for sharing your experience with us all. Very inspiring!

Regards, Robert
Hi Robert (spoken with a mechanical voice, since I am a machine)

I lifted part of the "secrets" in a tutorial called "cones and slanted cones" way back. the easiest way is to click on the paperclip next to the thread title in the aviation forum and look for that file. I have been tempted to write a complete tutorial about this, but "then I would loose my monopoly".
Let's say it is a combination of math, 3D insight and years of practice.

Thank you very much.

Don't know if I'll get a model done today. a lot of extra stuff on the schedule.
But I'll try.

Hi Bruno!

I am sure you wouldn't! You are a very talented, clever, active and smart person and I really doubt that even with a complicated and detailed tutorial somebody could design even one or two models not to mention the hundreds like yours.

Sergey.

Thanks Sergey.
I just meant it as a little joke. I do not want a monopoly.
It is just that writing this tutorial would take a lot of time and I would not like to be incomplete.
And it would take the time away from designing new models.
Bruno

No, but I would accept them for free!
What ever you prefer, but I long for the little ones.
Happy modeling and day dreaming.
Pablo.

I agree Bruno, we need more models.

Thank you very much for sharing your very diverse models and the secrets of "reachable" designing without fancy software.
We have it a lot easier than the pioneers using pencil, pen, ink, and French curves!!!

Pablo

Jee, I'm tempted even more to start writing.

but first this latest model (not the last I hope):

Nr 784 Avro 555 Bison II

Not the pretiest sight, a little squared and a little rounded. But a treat for riggers. But there is no yellow wing
