Next step: the Rolls Royce Eagle engine.
I got tricked in designing the engine in a detailed way. On the computer screen it always looks big. in 1/100 scale it is quite a challenge to build. and I only did one at this moment Bruno |

The lower wing is attached. The upper one is waiting.
Both were strengthened with a 1 cm wide thin cardboard strip. the lower one going through the fuselage. Bruno |

Thanks everyone.
progress is slow, but the end is near. (end of building that is ) 12 struts, 2 floats and 2 props to go. Here some more pictures of the progress. The length of the struts will require some fine-tuning. Bruno |

It is done.
the test build is finished. Here are the pictures. Now I have to adapt a few minor parts and in about an hour I can officially release my: Nr 1001 Felixstowe F2A late (blue-white) There should be some recolors in the coming days. After building this model I don't think I'll have enough energy to design another one this weekend. Bruno |
