Yeah, I didn't really make it clear there, a 1/200 AC-130 would be a fun build for me.

This is where my english isn't good enough. I take it the part you want to cut in 2 is rectangular. You can do it 2 different ways:

1) Duplicate the part you want to modify and draw 2 new rectangles with the right dimensions, those rectangle replacing the original ones.

2) play with nodes and add one to the top line, one to the bottom line. Have them align in the right spot. Then duplicate the whole part. Remove the 2 left nodes on copy #1, remove the 2 right nodes on copy #2. Remove the windows that are now outside the actual fuselage sections you want to keep. (ungroup/regroup when needed)

One model per (non-working) day-fuselage_section_cut_in_two.jpg

(I actually had to move nodes on all visible (and invisible) elements)

Jule....can you please change the color of the text you use to post? It's extremely difficult for me to read. Thank you.

You have a format error in your PDF.
At least for me is a fault in the line break.
Maybe you can create a new PDF with a correct

Its because the differences between A4 and Letter page size. Bruno's original was A4 and Christopher have chosen Letter as the PDF output.
