BTW, I need some input from experts on here. I have been struggling with Bruno's 787. Not because Bruno has done anything wrong, but because I am less skilled than I thought. Could Someone show how to succesfully put together the front end of a pointy fuselage? Doesn't have to be the 787. Any pointy front fuselage will do. For me to find it a struggle must mean that I am doing something wrong. I find that when I try to contort the part after rolling it, it tends to slide and not want to join up without a big long struggle. Then the glue tends to make it slide and the cone is out of alignment. Perhaps a short "How-to" tutorial on small cones?
/Ken

Late for a few week, no more struts (from WW I)!
But let's hope for some hydroplanes with some struts like the Fairchild 91.

Re the 247, there is also Roscoe Turner's racing version, that hangs from the ceiling in the US national Air and Space Museum. Not very colorful though. Boeing 247-D | National Air and Space Museum

I knew that, but it was worth a shot.

The Air Canada 787 is coming together nicely, despite my lack of competence in card modeling. It has only taken 4 weeks.

Nice tries for guessing the next model. But, nope, not the correct answers
The next model is a civil variant of an earlier design. This allows me obtain a result faster and requires just to test the fuselage even if the stabilizers had to be adapted as well.
So here is

1453 Potez 62 Air France

I'm a bit embarrassed to show a picture of the test build because I made (and of course already corrected) a huge alignment error. Maybe later

Bruno

The Potez 62 sure is prettier than the Potez 540 bomber is originates from.
