Thanks for the feedback, Bruno.

According to resources available to me, the Ki-102 was assigned to the 3rd (light bomber), 28th (reconnaissance), 45th (attack), 75th (light bomber/attack), and 81st (reconnaissance) Sentais. Francillon says it was also assigned to the 27th Dokuritsu Hikō Chutai (Independent Flying Company).

I know the tail markings of the 3rd, 28th, 45th, and 75th Sentais, so perhaps the aircraft was assigned to the 81st Sentai or the 27th Independent Chutai – if Francillon’s info is correct. I will keep on digging, unless someone with more info than I have can make an identification.

The Ki-102 was a beautiful airplane, and I am glad you have added it to your inventory.

Don

It has quite some charm, although I prefer the sleeker lines of its predecessor, the Ki-96 (coming soon, I hope)

I noticed you don't have any transport aircraft in this Japanese line-up.

You have beautiful DC-3,it needs only new engines+gondolas (not sure about those) and set of windows to make good Showa/Nakajima L2D.

Boohoo, if only I had the time...!!! (oh, stop whining, Bruno)

Unfortunately I have to make choices knowing that it will frustrate people.
So, sorry Butelczynski, for not having these transports. But who knows what the future will bring?

This evening not more than an engine-less Ki-102.
I think I forgot to design the wing fillets.

Karol, check the downloads mate. PacificWind did a resize of Bruno's 1/300 DC-3/C-47 into a 'Tabby' a while back.

No, haven't got any of those yet. Being older designs, I'm guessing they wouldn't have landing gear.

Karol

L2D is very easy to make, the basic aiframe is the same of DC-3 the engine cowlings are different the engine is same of Ki-43, D3A (Mitsubishi Kinsei), I suspect the Cowling of Ki-43II with a air intake in the top is very close, the another difference is a number of windows in cockpit, easy to make too.

Is in my plans convert a DC-3 in to L2D... I need see the DC-3 from Bruno, I like vetorial files, is easy to make...
