This has been mentioned before, but a video of Dr. Reina Pennington's 14 November 2007 Perspectives In Military History lecture on Soviet women aviators in World War II is available at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center site (The U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC)). You have to scroll down to near the bottom, or use the "Edit/Find on this page" function for "Wings, Women, and War."
