Blackburn Buccaneer Gulf War Version, 1/200
Bruno's Blackburn Buccaneer Gulf War Version is up. Please enjoy the pictures. Landing gears
are added as I favour this bird in landed position. Some more pics are on my other thread Navy Planes in 1/200. Papermate |

Incredibly beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
What weight paper are you using for the 1/300 fighters?

Thank you guys for your appreciation.
Sturmwind, for the 1/300 or 1/200 planes, I normally use 70 to 80 gsm paper. What I usually do is to print twice and glue them together. The top layer without tabs but the lower layer has them. Papermate |

Sturmwind, you're right about every step. I use white glue (Elmer's AGlue All) as it works
wonders for me. For larger parts, better hard press them down with heavy books etc. If you have to bend, e.g. the leading edge, do it before the glue dries as it will work better than bending it when the glue dries up completely. One more thing, try to laminate the top print with clear brushing lacquer (nitrocellulose) before proceeding. This layer of paint, lightly applied over the paper, helps to strengthen the paper and prevents accidental blurring of ink by unwanted water droplets from nowhere. Papermate |
