Hurricane MkI 1 to 24 P3395 JX B
Hello everyone.
Here's another hurricane MkI combined paper, balsa plastic but the scale of 1 to 24. The model is basically the same as those of earlier that I did in the ratio of 1 to 32 The only difference is a little more detail in the cabin and this time strakes on the hull and rudders are not shaded, but are simulated by pressing the pen on the other side of discolored skin to give the appearance of stretched canvas over structure. It seems to me that the model that looks a little better.... Hoker Hariken P3395 JXB Photos by deksiko | Photobucket |

At 1/24 scale, you can really see more of the detail work.
Thanks for sharing. Isaac

Deki, Good to see you over here with us as well. I am still wondering how you do your spinners.

First you need to make a mold from balsa , which is coated with a water- git then treated with fine sandpaper. Take the plastic out of the folder with a stiff rear plastic side cut off a slice , then heated above the top of the electric stove and pulled on the mold . The excess plastic is cut off . The entire spinner is painted in yellow color . And two of the harder rectangle of paper in the middle of the circle open . The papers are slipped through the spinner on the back and front. Spiner is painted in black on the front and the rear so that when you strip off the paper remains yellow. Maybe a little complicated but it works.

Thanks for the info. You are stretch forming them then. Since I'm also a plastic modeler, I have all of the supplies here to to do it.
