Except the creator has disappeared the last couple years and there has been no confirmation the models will be sold again. Therefore I wouldn't consider it "bad form" asking for the plans.

Actually, it still is bad form, and if someone would send that kit to you, you would be considered a pirate. We support those designers who sell their designs, so, either be patient and wait until the kits come back online or let your conscious guide you.

The staff at ecardmodels are reaching out to the owner of Skyline in order for them to offer his kits again.
