And as a complement to the always interesting data provided by our friend Don, this profile of the same plane.

Thanks for the kind words.
Next is an older repaint and mod I did of S&P's N1K2-J Shiden. Repainted as one of "Genda's Blade". Gomidefilho did a test build of this model a while ago, but I wanted to build and test it before I released it as I did a lot of modifications. I was surprised, it went together well, only taking a few days to build.

Thanks for looking,

Brent

Great models Brent. I did a slight improvement of Bruno's original J2M and it's printed and waiting for its moment. I will get your Shinden if just to have a closer look at how you did peeling paint effect. I tried doing it on few models but results were not that great in part because printers didn't quite detect it. Maybe I should try again.

Thank you all. I try to treat the peeling Japanese paint as part of the camo. Try using light grey and have sharper edges and start around panel lines. Good luck and give it another try. This kit will have two schemes, a later one with kill markings and the "15" roughly painted out.
