Nice recolors of the sabre. These pretty planes had some nice paint schemes. I really like the yellow band with black borders.

Your models are always superb, Brent.
I'm glad to see more Korean War Sabrejets. Bruno - Those black-bordered yellow bands were applied to USAF F-86s in late 1951 so they wouldn't be confused with other swept-wing single jet aircraft (but I think you already knew this). And thanks to paperengineer for the i.d. on the blue . one. With a little digging, I can identify U.S. and some other aircraft about through the end of the Korean War (especially when the serial and buzz numbers are visible), but not more modern aircraft; and Russian aircraft are a mystery to me. Thank you gentlemen for your kind comments. The Sabres have been sent to Ecardmodels. Work continues on the SU-34 Fullback, the camo seems to be lining up so I just have to finish the build.

My SU-34 Fullback repaint is finished. I haven't added some small parts or the pylons, maybe latter. When I purchased this from Bruno there was no landing gear yet, so I made my own. This plane was shot down over the Chernihiv, Ukraine.
Thanks for looking, Brent |
