A similar tool for getting colors from a picture is the Colorzilla extension for Firefox and Chrome.
Install Colorzilla in your Browser, open a picture/drag a pic to your browser window, click the colorzilla icon, click any pixel in your picture and voilà! the html value of that color is copied to the clipboard (the rgb values are also displayed) and you can paste it in the corresponding field in the "fill and stroke" dialog in Inkscape. Inkscape will automatically add the FF at the end for full opacity.

1) Carlos said nothing about a translator, it was me.
2) Whether you like a translator or not, this is an English speaking forum. Please use a translator 3) Those are recolors of SNP's (Bruno) A-10s, they should be in his thread. If you have questions, please contact me and I will help get you on the right path.

No tuve ningun problema con tu español. I didn't have any problem with your spanish.
I'm not a fan of using bitmap images in a recolor of a vector file. It adds weight to the file (sometimes too much weight). I prefer using the bitmap image as a base for a vector variant. Lock the layer with the bitmap file and trace over it in a new unlocked layer. When you're finished, unlock the other layer and delete the original. I just did this this afternoon for the badge of GT 2/62 "Franche-Comté". See the pdf below. The final badge, as it will appear on the nose of a 1:300 C-47, is there between the red lined and the color version. The original jpg is 43 kb, the pdf with said jpg and 3 vector versions is 59kb (the corresponding svg is 64 kb). Despite the simplification it's still more elaborate than needed for the final scale (1.3 mm x 1.8 mm).
