Murphy, I'm working on the shuttle carrier and I think I have found an area that needs color added.

Aargh. I'll have to fix it after work. Anybody who got it or the American Airlines one hang on to the download links. One good thing about the new download system is as soon as I update the file, it keeps the same link.

Murphy, what if I don't have the download link? I paid with PayPal and I bought the whole set of 747s. By the way, great job the fit of the pieces are very good.

YAL-1, started in 2017, is nearing finish, just a couple of layers of clear spray paint away.

B747 YAL-2 version, scale 1/150
Finally, the YAL-2 (not previously said as YAL-1) is done. This bird measures almost 20 inches long at the scale of 1/150, the scale of this kit. It's basically a stock build and the only enhancement is the engine nacelle trim ring that is made out of soft metal wires that are commonly found in florist shops. Other than that, I am hiding flaws as much as possible so you won't notice them outright.
So, Murph, pick a photo from this post for your web store if you wish. |

Top job! Very purposeful looking reboot of the old 747 airliner.
