We applied paint (with markers) to some more details, applied a layer of semi-matte spray varnish and finished the models.

The Fury models in the catalog are the Mk I: #937 and the Spanish is a Rata repaint made at my request based on model #936 in the catalog. Both were built without modifications other than the addition of tail struts and another transverse strut in the fuselage/wing connection. Pleasurable models to build. They certainly won't be the last in this series, although the modeler will have to pay attention to the angles of the wing struts to avoid warping.
The construction of the Carrousel, which began in the middle of the year just before I got married, is coming to an end, all that remains is the Curtiss Hawk which should be started next weekend. |

Another excfellent model, and historic, although to my eye, the Fury trainer is in a much prettier color scheme.

Thanks Don! I now have two Fury Persians to build, and I must start studying what to do with the two-seater "class".

Thank you very much Dan. I'm glad you were "stung" by the 1/100 scale fly, in terms of size and challenge it's a wonderful scale, serving very well for collection.
