Update in the builds.
In the last two days I tried to finish our triple construction. Recalling that these three models are a complete repainting (in the case of the NiD-52) and the other two are improvements in the painting of models previously made by Bruno.
The construction of the wings requires a certain effort in their connection with the fuselage. In the photos we see some of the steps, with the gluing of the radiators and cables, as well as the arms that connect the wings, I recommend starting the gluing at the top and after adjusting it dry. With everything dry, we glue the remaining pieces and all that remains is to apply the varnish. |

Trio of Sesquiplans
Well friends first, the photos of the whole set of the three sesquiplans (in fact the NiD-52 is almost a parasol monoplane), and then we can make separate posts for each plane.
It is worth remembering that the NiD-62 and NiD 622 are basically the same Bruno models with more details in the paintings that were missing, such as serial numbers, weight and performance data on the tail, production numbers and insignia. The manufacture of the radiator on the legs of the landing gear, the electricity generator, in addition to modifying the wing of the NiD-622 are details that did not exist in the previous model, in this specific case the main difference is concentrated in the ailerons that are continuous in the wing of the 622. The two models of the NiD-62 and 622 are well known to modelers, mainly of the plastic model since the subject of the NiD 622 has the popular kit from Heller and the NiD-62 from Azur / Special Hobby both in 1/72 scale . In Bruno's catalog these models in particular are: # 788 and # 789. The NiD-52 is an integral repaint with no modifications to the original model. Some details were painted because by manipulating the model the paper was injured. Detail that the tail ski was reinforced with cyanocrylate glue so as not to deform. The only detail in scratchbuilding is a conduit cable installed in each model with gray colored paper. |

Very nice models. Those planes appear in few pages of the Osprey book "Spanish Republican Aces". Few aces started their part of war flying those planes. Reading that book I got an impression Spanish climate and lack of proper maintenance cut life of those planes a lot.
