Talking Target Needed - Mitsubishi A6M2 by Murph in 1:100

Needed a target for all my lil Wildkitties and Corsairs so here we go with Aaron Murphy's A6M2 originally in 1:29. Awful lot of the later A6M5 around which is strange to me since the early ones were actually more successful. Quite a sensation when the US pilots met up with these "Nips" for the first time.

Dear Mike:
When I saw the heading I thought that you were going to do a target tug and needed the target. Which I have seen done yet. there are tugs out there but no targets
Enjoy,
Miles

I think Dr Zarkov's Zero 21 is pretty good: Mitsubishi A6M2 - 21 Zero by Emil Zarkov :: ModelArt :: Card Models :: ZarkovModels Store

Others may have different opinions.

Two Forum members who are likely to give well-informed advice on this at Mike Krol (Gremir) and Glen Volyn (birder).

Will be interested to see how this turns out (your search and the model).

Don

In 1/100 it's gonna be a tough target!

Progress so far. This is a nice kit as are all the ones from Aaron that I have built thus far.

Size of those wings reminds me of 1/72 Airfix I did many moons ago (I'm comparing to size of a keybord). That was cool model but even paper models today are more accurate than old Airfix
