No. 3 BAe 146 CC2 Royal Flight
Finnally it´s assembled. I enjoy it and the final view with his 4 engines. I try to do the landing gear and if not comes well then it will be in flying mode. Begin with the No.4 in this series. The "Food Plane" or a Chopper? Regards. Tony. |

I would request that you rerelease it in vector format, if possible. Thank you for sharing! |

No.4 Aerospatiale SA319B Alouette III
Eons of years have passed since I build a Helicopter. So, I choose Alouette III for continuing with this series. W&P made a nice recolor depicting two apparatus: one from the Mexican Navy, and other for Mexican Air Force. But I found two issues with them; being in raster when upscaled pixels and can´t follow the cuting lines not to mention the bending lines. As upscaled, the errors amplifies, and some lines does not coincide or fit as well. Start making a Vector version, but misalignment issues, too small triangles and warped finnish comes. So, I need to do a major job in this kit. It gonna takes a lot of time. Regards,Tony. |

Be careful Tony. Those heliokopters have a way of falling out of the sky....

ps: How funny, when you reduce from 1/300 to 1/400 the missalignments converge The truth is that you can't see a bit |

No.4 Aerospatiale SA319B Alouette III
Hello, after adapting and alignment of the Kit start to building it and the difference is like day and night. I used a thicker paper: 125 gr/m for avoiding warp and shrink. This experience leads me to conclude that all recolors that exist on this Heli are made without a test build. Sorprisigly I count at least 9 recolors made of this Heli, even a SouthVietnamese one! I´ll going to ask Stormeagle if he has trouble with it as well. I hope to finish it this weekend. Regards.Tony. |
