Very nice Oscars. Any chance of seeing Thai Oscars?

I've been thinking about them, too. But for the moment I was discouraged by the very complicated camouflage (the so-called "tiger stripes") and the fact that these Oscars did not intervene in combat at all. But since they are very attractive, I don't rule out returning to them some day :-)

Hello everyone, I'm here with another veeeeery big series!
I know you were looking forward to more Japanese, but first I had to prepare some opponents for them ... I know, I already put Wildcats, Corsairs, Mustangs ...
...but there's still something missing .... something that the Japanese (and the Germans, too, really...) feared like...like a two-tailed devil!
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome the Lightnings!
And because I enjoy working on them so much, you will see exclusive markings and camouflage.
The first group to be completed are the P-38E to P-38H versions:
- Lockheed P-38E Lightning (USAAF, 54. FS, 343. FG, Cpt. George Laven, Adak AB, Aleutian Islands, early 1943)
- Lockheed P-38F Lightning (USAAF, 27. FS, 1. FG, Cpt. Edward S. Newbury, Mateur AB, Tunisia, August 1943)
- Lockheed P-38F Lightning (USAAF, 39. FS, 35. FG., Cpt. Robert L. Faurot, Port Moresby AB, New Guinea, January 1943)
- Lockheed P-38G Lightning (USAAF, 95. FS, 82. FG, 2. Lt. Louis E. Curdes, Souk-el-Arba AB, Algeria, June 1943)
- Lockheed P-38G Lightning (USAAF, 339. FS, 347. FG, Cpt. Thomas Lanphier, Fighter Field 2, Guadalcanal, 18. 4. 1943)
- Lockheed P-38H Lightning (USAAF, 431. FS, 475. FG., Cpt. Verl E. Jettl, Port Moresby AB, New Guinea, September 1943)

Most welcome models!

I am glad to see Thomas Lanphier's historic P-38 and other Pacific-War aircraft.

Sweet, will definitely be making that P-38E. Someone I knew who served in the Aleutians said that P-38s there saved his life.
