Moving on with the fuselage. I'm very happy with the details of my El Al repaint fitting together nicely especially the logo and text around the front of the plane. El Al stripes looking good as well although I'm not sure about the accuracy of my printer colors...

I’m starting the same model, but in the Copa Airlines paint. You are not kidding when you say the parts are small! One comment on the kit; joining strips should always go from the larger diameter part to the smaller diameter part. The front half of the fuselage has that reversed. Also, with the small size of the parts I should have printed the joiner strips parts sheet on regular paper, not cardstock.

I agree that having the stripes on the smaller diameter seems counter-intuitive, but i find this technique to be more accurate and gives smoother results.

Getting toward the tail end of the fuselage. took some time to figure out the main wheelwells, but again I applause the accuracy of this model. everything is tiny - but fits really well...

Looks really nice! I built the Southwest 737 and absolutely loved it, the 737 looks great in the El AL colors.

Tail and APU exhaust.
was a bit of a struggle to complete this part. the connections between the fuselage and the vertical stabilizer is not as straight and smooth as I had hoped, maybe because of those separate elevators roots, which I feel compromised the structural strength of the tail rings and allowed for some deformation.
The APU exhaust was a real challenge! as you can see from the size of the parts they are crazy small, but the tip of the complete fuselage looks true to the unique 737 tail.
