Today's lunch break build was the Bangladesh AF L-39ZA with gunpod, drop tanks and UB16-57 rocket pods.
As I thought, the gunpod is a challenge. You need good eyes and good lighting conditions. I had neither. If I were to do the gun fairing of the F-4E, I would probably do something similar. No build tomorrow as it will be my weekly day of on-site work. The BAF MiG-29 will be next but I'll have to replace the R-60M with R-73 missiles. Why did I move them out of the printable area?

Here is the MiG-29.
I've corrected the color mismatches for the pdf: - left side of the nose where me medium blue covered part of the dark blue patch, hence the straight demarcation line under the canopy that shouldn't be there - between the fins and the fuselage I've added A2A missiles (2 R-27R, 2 R-27T, 4 R-60M, 4 R-73). The pdf also includes the L-39ZA and some external stores (2 UB-16-57 rocket pods, 2 drop tanks and 2 unguided rockets). You can't put everything under the wings as the armed L-39 only has 4 hard points.

I haven't changed the scale from Rawen and Paran's originals. It's supposed to be 1:250. The MiG-21s are only marginally smaller than my own version in 1:200. When I adapted the wings from my unfinished F-7E/G, I reduced them by 96.35% (1:200 to 1:250 should be 80%). Same for the weaponry and fins. I also used 96.35% when rescaling the rocket pods for the L-39. If you swap pylons you can hang them as is under the wings of the MiG-21. The MiG-29 seems closer to I:250. My point of comparison is Bruno's model in 1:300. If I change the line width and upscale the fins by 125% I get the same size (1:300 to 1:250 should be 120%). 125% is the rescaling factor I used for the missiles.

I revised the fin so that it fits the fuselage better. For now it only exists for the MiG-21F-13/J-7 and the J-7I to IIA/IIH and probably F-7M.
Can anyone (who hasn't seen my Facebook) guess the country and unit? It's not soviet despite the red star.

I guess it would be USA, maybe an agresor or testing/evaluation unit?
