R&P Models Austro Hungarian Lohner

Dear all, there goes a seaplane that I had wanted to do for a long time. R&P Models recently published this boxy Austro Hungarian Lohner L reduced from 1/250 to 1/400. This aircraft had a great influence on seaplane design in Europe and in particular Italy. But since it is a model of WWI it is not very noticeable.

1/400? You obviously don't have a problem creating challenges for yourself! Nice work though.
I've downloaded these little gems from the R&P site but I think I'll probably go when building for a slight enlargement to 1/200. Small enough!

I enlarged a few of them to "N" scale and they look fantastic and are a lot easier to build than the more accurate models with more curves and independent struts (yet they don't look as nice but only I notice).

Aviocar, and R22 and R44

An Aviocar, and R22 and R44 of the Mexican Navy in Boxy at 1/400. I designed the Aviocar some time ago and was recolored by Master Tony. The Robinsons helicopters are from a sadly extinct Japanese site, I only added the insignia but missed the tricolor fin flash. Let me know if you like them. Cheers.

ps. I know the R44 is not the same as bruno, but at this scale the simpler the better.

I would be very interested in the Pampa, and by the way, R&P Models now have a section for additions and recolors of their work

Neat little () diorama. The emergency vehicles really add to it.
