I am surprised I did not see this thread when it was originally posted.



I do remember as a kid seeing the title page for the kit ( I think it was an old WHV model ). It really was an old model probably from the mid 50's or early 1960's or so. I am sure it could use a revival and enlargement to 1/33 scale.

Also, I did get to see the CF100 multiple times during my volunteering at the US National museum of the US Air Force in Dayton Ohio. It is a very big plane. I also saw it as a flying test bed for the P&W Canada JT-15 jet engine.

I didn't know that magazine published model of CF-100. Nice model even if really basic.

Aaron Murphy has CF-100 about as simple as this but made relatively recently in digital format. It's a free model so anyone can give it a shot.
