Smile Fleet Model 80 Canuck from DGA in 1/100 scale.

Time to show the start of this enjoyable and easy project.

A Fleet Model 80 Canuck from DGA, designed by Guido Van Roy in 1/48 original scale but as always reduced to 1/100.

I like a lot the Guido designs because is easy to build, fast with great results.

The Canuck is Canadian 1940's plane, very common in Canada and have a relative success sales in World is one of first light planes with side by side control.

In the pics main build made in two hours, my expectancy is finish today.

I admire y'all who can build those little 1/100 planes. That one is attractive in the blue and white.

Very nice, and small, start. A local Canuck in traditional yellow/blue and an old photo up here of some red/white ones. Looking forward to seeing your continued build.

Nice model coming.I think there is ,or was ,one of those parked in Brampton Flying Club hangar. If I remember correctly that one was in cream/red or brown colors.I should swing by there again and have a look.

I never get tired of seeing your clean, precise work on these models, Péricles. This Fleet Model 80 was a classic high-wing lightplane, and your version looks great.

Looking through my stash, I find that I never acquired this one. I hope that Guido and Jim will find a way to make DGA models available again.

Your local Fleet Canuck [CF-DPH] is another of the liveries that Guido did for this model.
