I took Isaac advice - filled and smoothed the orange part of the nose, I was lucky to fined an identical color to re-paint it. Thanks Isaac.

Thanks rifleman and Mike1158 for following this thread. Last main part is the canopy. Was successful on my first trail, but at a fit-check discovered that it is much to high at the front - back to the mold's drawing board.

Thanks Don and rifleman for your very kind and encouraging comments.
My intention is to use this model as a base for 3 other future models: - Single seat Vampire (change of nose and cockpit) - Single seat Venom (fuselage of the single seat Vampire with more swept wings and wing tip fuel tanks) - Sea Venom (this model fuselage with Venom swept wings and fuel tanks).
