Here I will continue the development of the recolors of Girly air force anima fighter jets and topgun maverick

Dave, it's a recolor of Bruno's free 1:300 Rhino upscaled to 1:200. I've done similar recolors years ago (VFA-2 and VFA-103 come to mind).

Free doesn't necessarily matter...you may still need permission from the designer to republish.
Was the model published originally with a statement of permission (to republish)?
if so, I'll shut up now.

I just wish everyone would check first before they assume its okay.
I am aware that Bruno does distribute some free stuff and does allow certain repaints.
Not knowing him personally, I don't know the limits.

Its too late once a file has been made public on the forum (if the designer doesnt agree).
So, I would suggest if you share a file like this, you first make sure the designer is okay with it,
and state the fact (that you got permission first) in your post.

Then I wouldn't have anything to complain about! LOL

From what I know, the only limits are not to sell the templates of these models as if they were yours and that being free you can recolor them as you want and because of the design I doubt very much that the US Navy, the school of combat weapons from the united states navy ,paramount pictures and tom cruise come to my house to complain about a papercraft model
because if it had been like that I think they would have done it with Carlos with the Topgun F-14s that he recolored

that and also that I base myself on photos of the fighter in real life and on models that have been made in plastic
