The smaller parts look like vents/intakes. I see an outline of one on the starboard aft fuselage. The others may be as well.

Thank you Ray and Bruno for your replies about the scoops. After looking at some pictures of various versions I have discovered that is indeed the case with the J-10A, however on the J-10B and C they changed to flush intakes instead of protruding scoops so I'm just going to leave them out.
