Sepp10 solved the issue. In fact I didn't realize how old the post I used this tool the first time was at UMC (eleven years ago) since then I remember the forum has undergone at least a major overhaul and the download area has changed. Either way, the problem is solved. ![]() |

Very nice, and thank you for sharing.
Are you considering release the model? This is going to be a first, the only other model I know of is vacuformed in 1/72 and doesn't have the beauty of paper to be scaleable. |

![]() This release may take a while because I work on this project in homeopathic doses. But it will definitely not be something for beginners, or for building universal understanding as is a common paper model. ![]() |

Thank you my dear Tony!
![]() Perequinho is strange to read here on the forum. It is my childhood nickname, it is a diminutive of my father's nickname: Pereco, who was also called Pericles. ![]() It is on schedule to resume the model after Christmas, I hope to complete the fuselage and put the lower wings as well as the tail ... |

After a one month hiatus, small update in the model.
A scale plant was glued to a depron base (in the USA it is called foam), depron in Brazil is used a lot in aeromodelling and vacuum packaging. In our case, it serves to fix pins, pins and markers for all kinds of supports and jigs. The streaked red lines are the boundaries from which each element of the fuselage is fitted, from the wings to the hatches, the hoods and even the wings below. ![]() With this study carried out, we tried to prepare a support for the keel made of thick cardboard, for this we again took advantage of the scale plant of Paul Matt and the cross sections we captured the two sections for the keel support, to reproduce the pieces we used a transfer compass for measuring angles. ![]() The results so far ... ![]() ![]() ![]() The keel support will be pinned to the floor plan in scale and will serve as the primary jig for placing the elements in the fuselage. It may seem laborious, but in fact this project is a test bed for ideas and concepts that can be applied in future constructions. Until the next update... |
