Excellent model!
When I was a child I saw a Boeing 247 at a local airshow. I certainly do not remember all of the airplanes that I saw, but the 247 stands out - it was a beautiful aircraft.

Some years back I was out fishing and heard a very loud aircraft flying overhead. When I got home I managed to identify it as a 247, probably on one of it's final flights prior to being put on permanent display.
