That will not be acceptable ( at least by me ). It needs to be clear and sharp or else, there is no point in it. My opinion.

You are mixing two different texturing styles, using photo images, and computer graphics.
The photo textures are overexposed by the sun, my suggestion is to recreate the camouflage digitally instead of using the photo textures, it will make the whole model look better.

Try not to mix raster(photo textures) with vector(computer graphics) as they do not play well with each other, either pick vector(easier scale changes) or raster(photo textures)

I understand all your concerns regarding the model , this technique is different, it is a different approach you can see some of my previous work here in the following pics ,and if this does not work with the beta test i will not release the model,i just do this for fun and i make models i want for me , the 1/33 scale version is not something i had in mind i did it because some people asked for it .. here some of my previous models using this technique:

actually Rick i'm mixing at least 20 different textures in a single image, this is a completely different way of designing, this is more "organic" from the very beginning, think about the principle of designing an airplane for microsoft flight simulator, it contains the airplane in one folder and the textures in another folder

I think the photocolouring used into the vector parts design works fine. But you have to stick to the scale that the model is designed to. Enlarging the photo structures to another scale will blurr the photograhic part of the design. When I repaint an existing model with an airline colour of my own, I also use photographic elements. So, stick to the scale, that the design is conceived in. Good work, Yankeekilo. I especially like the DC-4. Any chance of finding it somewher?
