Dave's CL-41 Snowbirds

Don't adjust your monitors! I am building this model in black and white because I enjoy the aesthetic of it. This is Dave's 1:33 CT-114 Tutor in the Snowbirds paint scheme. Enjoy the build!

Day 1 Progress

Alright, so far I started working on the tail section of the aircraft. So far the fits have been absolutely wonderful. Assembly is pretty straight forward, but I love to add functionality to my models so here I am adding opening and closing air brakes. (or at least I'm pretty sure that's what they are.) Take a look!

Image Madness!

Sorry for the sideways images, I'll try to figure out how to fix that.

You're off to a good start. It will be interesting to see the Tutor in black and white.

Thanks!

Thanks for the support, I'm sure it will be interesting to see it in black and white too, not to mention the fact I am adding adjustable landing gear, opening canopy, and opening and closing airbrakes. Ill be posting an update tonight hopefully.

Why black and white? Was there one painted like that?

I know there is an all black and grey color T-33 in Canadian marking called the Black knight . Was that an inspiration?

Looking forward to your detailed enhancements to the model.

Thanks
