Still designing the C-9 Nightingale, improving some small details with the beta test (the engine's pilons, for example, had been reworked) and assembling the Binter beta test.

There were some doubs about the cockpit section of the -10 version. There was a problem when the original beta test was given. It was corrected and the uploaded version in ecardmodels has the very improved nose. In this pictures you can see the original (left) and the corrected (right) cockpit. There were assembled many corrected sections, but none was attached to the rest of the plane (at least none in full color).
So the plane by the right of the picture is the one that is being distributed.

Going back to the C-9, it has an emergency beacon placed on the top of the tail, with an orange rectangle only by the right side. This addition has been included and will be shown full color in the corresponding beta test and the final model, of course.

The three -30 beta test are delivered and are being build.
Binter will be done in b/w, but later, once I finish the series, I'll surelly hand
paint it. Same with the Dc-9-14 Laser, and the Md that I will be doing next.
The C-9 Nightingale and "El Pollito" (The Little Chicken) are being done in full color.

Well, the three beta-test are advancing.

Mine (Binter) is going slower because I've been busy, and designing the Burgess-Dunne BD-3, that will be published soon too.

Both the C-9 and the Little Chicken have the fuselage almost done, same with the wings.

Some observations about the model: the roof of the cockpit is raised, a bit rounded. If you assemble it flat, then the borders will go outside the windows. And the cardboard I use is about 1mm width. That's not important in many of the parts, but it IS when doing the tail and the wings root. Using 4mm width cardboard in the tail will need a looooot of sanding.

The C-9 Nigthingale beta test has been finished, and the PDF has been uploaded to ecardmodels. In a few days it will be available for download.
Dc-9-32 Binter is being assembled and will be finished next weekend.

El Pollito was beta-tested and uploaded, and Binter just needs a small check before uploading too.
A detail that worries me. The roof of the cockpit is domed, like the real one. Some people tends to assemble it flat, and the borders run over the windows. Just press the roof over a pencil before gluying the part and all will be good, please. I never have problems with the roof.
Comparing Dc-9-14 Laser and Dc-9-32 Binter you can see the size difference. The wings difference, as I said, is just a milimeter wider and seven milimeter longer, so hard to see at naked eye.
I'm going to upgrade the existing models of the dc-9-14 and -15 in ecardmodels with small improvements, like an easier assembly of the engine pylons.

Binter, the C-9 Nightingale and El Pollito have been released in ecardmodels and can be downloaded!
The upgrades of the four Dc-9-10 have been done too! They are mainly an easier way to assemble the engine pylons, cockpit roof, wings ribs and improved instructions!

My day so far.
(And yes, I remembered the BOOK Jumper by Steven Gould. Please read the series and forget the movie)

Well, the Aeromexico livery is finished and uploaded, it will be available in a few days.
Seen that the C-9 Nightingale is being successfull, I'll be doing another C-9, this time the C-9B Skytrain II "Lobo 1"

The Aeromexico livery is available in ecardmodels.
I expect to finish the C-9B Skytrain II tonight, so it will be available (probably with Europcar and Nasa) this weekend.
