1/33 Yak-7B Stalingrad Front 1942
I started another aircraft model. Yak-7B from YG-model, scale 1/33.
This time, I'll be posting updates in a bit different way, without detailed commentaries, just photos. One, very detailed, commentary will be included in the final post.

What a remarkable build-up of this model, by first assembling the entire internal structure. Also the wheels - the additional layer provides the tire profile. Never thought of it this way.

Great build Zenon. It's nice to see separate control surfaces. Nice detailsing too.

As an aside, I was just watching two Russian language TV shows ( with subtitles ) on Amazon Prime called "The Attackers" and "The Night Swallows". Both are WW2 stories of aviation themed topics with lots of CGI planes and ground dummy planes ( that look kind of semi convincing Yak-1 and 3 as well as Polikarpov PO-2 bipes ).
The Attackers - Episode 1. Russian TV Series. StarMedia. Military Drama. English Subtitles - YouTube Nochnye lastochki (TV Series 2013– ) - IMDb Isaac
