For parts 1-23 should they be printed on 80gram (normal copier paper) and glued to 1mm or 2mm board? Especially #8 (a combined frame for the fueselage and spar for the floats - thought this should be 2mm for strength). I think 14 & 14A, 15 & 15A, are the main wing spars and was thinking they should be heavier than 160gram (60lb???)?
Also was wondering why 15 has a large green tab but sits on the port side and 14 has a thin red tab but sits on the stbd side?

Thanks for your interest Positive Rate!! 1 mm thick cardboard is perfect for strength, the tabs should be left without reinforcement, i recommend 150 gms for the rest of the model, the green tab is the connecting tab with the other half, the red lines are markers for placement for pieces 18a/b & 19 a/b,
