Albatros DVa in 1/33rd from L.P. Igualada: DONE!
Here it is all rigged up and ready. Man, it's a really nice kit. My only changes were wire in my struts and filling/repainting the spinner. I did that mostly because the whole thing looked so nice, I couldn't stand my poor job on the layered spinner! All in all, it really has a great Albatros sit and is ingeniously designed especially in the fuselage sectioning. The fit is Halinski-like. A very enjoyable build.
Please Mr. Igualada...make more WWI aircraft!!!! Cheers, Dan |

Great model, Dan. It has been fun watching the model take shape and to talk with from time to time while you were building it.
I look forward to your next project. Don |

Looking at the engine and cockpit and feeling compelled to comment on the amount of fine 3D detail which can be built from paper.
