ISO: Small Scale Civilian Helicopters

Hi all

I looking for, and having a bit of a tough time finding them, civilian helicopters

Bell 206 Jet Ranger
Eurocopter A-Star, or Squirrel or Twin Squirrel
MD Helicopters 5XX Series

I know Aaron has some of these in his offerings, and i know some have successfully shrunk them down, which is an option.

I was wondering if Bruno had ever done any of them, I did a search of the thread, and didn't find anything matching my need.

Anyone have any other ideas or sources?

Rick

1/100 and 1/72 Hughes 500D YV-304CP "La Guacamaya" Paper Model - EcardModels

1/100 and 1/72 Hughes 500 G-BEJY Paper Model - EcardModels

Ecards doesn't seem to have smaller versions of the other two.

Also, although not necessarily the models you are looking for Airbus Helicopters (formerly known as Eurocopters) have some free models

Also, there is this French site that has some (a little bit boxy) models of the Jet Ranger and some Eurocopters (hand drawn).

Rick, I don't know how small you're talking, but Cafe, Stormeagle and Ifuente have 1/200 recolours of what I assume are Brunos of Bell 206, Allouette III and even civvy Pumas in the Aviation-Helicopters section of Downloads.

Also Bruno has a Hughes MD-500 (#2717) which is the Magnum PI TV show one.

Bruno made an OH-58D in 1:300. I converted it into a Bell 206 in 1:200. Never published the LongRanger version.

edit: actually, let me repost them all, including the blank LongRanger. The panel lines of the engine cowling should be modified if you want to represent a LongRanger II to IV.

I remember seeing a small model of the JetRanger in Santini Air colors (from Airwolf) on deviantart years ago.

I will have to test print one of the kits to see how it works

Tappi, it is a small civilian helicopter, but a bit out of my scale range

Yes, Thunderchild designed that kit, with Airwolf in the same scale

Thanks all, this will restart my search in again.

Reason I am asking, I have seen some videos, and they have inspired me to do some dioramas
