Another S&P 'out of the box' build. This is the Gloster Meteor F.Mk 8 of Royal Australian Air Force 77 Sqn out of Williamstown NSW in the mid '50's.
Bruno has a whole bunch of Meteors of various marks, and this certainly has fired me up to build more of them.

Yes Don. The Meteor wasn't a bad plane but even the F.Mk 8 was still basically a first generation jet fighter and at least in the pure performance department, was no match for the MiG 15. History has shown pilot training however can often even things up!
