Fuselage scoops
This plane like other Soviet jets has tons of external small scoops. It makes since to install them at this phase rather than the end as it is easier to handle the model and add them.

More external details
There are two long covers on top of the fuselage
 and one long on the bottom.  Those were not easy to form. Isaac

Vertical fin
Here is the vertical fin and separate rudder parts
 skins are joined  dry fit to fuselage  rudder dry fit  fin is now positioned and glued in place    rudder is now installed.    Isaac

Horizontal stabilizer
Here are the parts for the all moving horizontal stabilizers ( there is no separate elevator, the entire fin pivots up and down.
  ready. Notice the metal pins which can act as pivots or just glued on which is what I am doing ).  dry fit  glued in place.    Isaac

The SU-11 looks nice with the tail surfaces on. I do like the separate rudder. Everything is fitting very nicely.
