Nicely done on the rigging. IMO that's what really sells a biplane kit. I don't know what it is, but rigging makes a model look soooo good.
I like the rotary engine too. Very nice clean model. |

Indeed Dan, impeccable rigging. I'm not so much into WW1 air planes but must admit T haf has a very valid point: The rigging is the cherry on the cake. The only WW1 plane I ever built a long long time ago is the Wilhemshafener Fokker Dr 1, 1;50 scale, including rigging. Completed the model around 25 years ago and it still looks perfect .

Thanks, Fellows! Lovely Trips, Erik! You should do a few more of those WWI types in my opinion. Maybe after the Dauntless and the Ju-88?

Gents and Genteels...
I started the main landing gear skid/prop saver along with wing skids and the tail skids. You could say I'm on the skids... More soon. Dan |

I got the axle on the whole landing gear assembly rigged. All it needs now are tires wheels! Keep on cutting... Dan |

Fine work on the rigging and the undercarriage, including the skid and the shock absorbers. It has been a lot of fun watching your assemble this beautiful model.
